How it works

From site setup to fully documented maintenance and inventory

  1. 1

    Register your company and site

The first account becomes the master user and receives a site code to share with the team.

  2. 2

    Choose the right platform

Masters open Maintenance Management or Inventory Management from the platform home. Storekeepers go directly to inventory.

  3. 3

    Build assets and planned maintenance

Register assets by trade, location and criticality, build recurring task plans, then generate and assign due work with email notifications.

  4. 4

    Work the job orders

Engineers and technicians handle corrective or preventive work, attach photos, record notes and sign from a phone.

  5. 5

    Review, approve and report

Completed work enters the master's Partially closed queue for approval. Closed jobs, assets, team activity and statistics can be issued as branded PDFs.

  6. 6

    Control every store movement

Register materials by category and location, set minimum levels, receive or issue stock, complete stocktakes and issue filtered inventory PDFs.
